It’s been a big week, and we’re so excited to let you in on a secret we’ve been holding in… we just got endorsed by LGBTQ Victory Fund! 

This endorsement is a major boost for our campaign and gives us the confidence that we are building the momentum we need to win in November. Victory Fund only endorses candidates they believe will be strong voices for equality, so their support is really meaningful to me. 

This announcement also comes at a pivotal moment: Did you know the most important deadline of our election is coming up in less than three days? 

Yep, June 30th is the filing deadline for our first round of fundraising. 

What that means is after June 30th, all of the campaigns in our race will finally have to reveal how much money they’ve raised. The campaigns who raise the most money get the most important endorsements, so we’re trying to raise another $2,000 before the end of the month. 

Would you be willing to chip in $50 to get us there?

If you can’t donate right now, that’s okay -- there’s so many other ways you can help.

For example, you can sign up for a door-knocking shift this Sunday (after Culver City Pride). Our incredible volunteers are the reason we’ve been able to knock so many doors this early in the election, and it’s the reason we’re going to win.
